Our Policies

We believe in being fully transparent. Here's everything you need to know about shipping, returns, and refunds.

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery Time: Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days after dispatch.

Free Shipping: All orders over $40 qualify for free standard shipping. Orders under $40 are charged a flat $8.00 shipping fee.

Tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Return Window: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

How to Return: Email us at sales.shopalign@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your return.

Refund Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Damaged Items: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement or full refund at no cost.

Non-Refundable: Items returned after 30 days or in non-original condition may not qualify for a full refund.

Data Collection: We collect only the information needed to process your order.

Data Use: Your information is used solely to fulfill your order. We never sell your data to third parties.

Security: All transactions are encrypted and secured via Shopify Payments.
